I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Dice Contracting for the recent works completed on the upgrade to the clinical trials room in the mezzanine area at our Rydalmere facility.

As you know, we had the room built earlier in the year and this was done to basic specifications. Unfortunately, at the time we were not given any engineering or design specs as to what the room should be built to – which is in line with our parent company (Zuellig) standards. Approximately four weeks ago, I finally received the design specs from Zuellig and there were some major changes required to the facility. I spoke with Adam at the time and forwarded these specs to him and he and Aaron then put together a plan for carrying out the work, along with a detailed quote for the works. The only caveat on this work was the requirement for it to be ready for our first client on 31/5.

As you know, the work was completed on Wednesday night and the amount of work that has been completed in this short space of time has been nothing short of staggering. The quality of the work is excellent, to the point where the client yesterday made the comment that the facility is of the same standard of their own facility that they are currently using. At all times, Aaron and Adam maintained contact with myself over the progress and the stage of the works etc.

This is only the first part of the works on the mezzanine floor and will be completed with the removal of the redundant conveyor system and storage/removal of old equipment. We have also walked through the site this morning with Aaron about some additional works that are required and we look forward to this commencing and reaching a successful outcome.

We are very happy with the work that PPM has done and continues to provide for us here at Rydalmere and would you please pass on my thanks to Tim, Adam, Aaron and the entire team for all their hard work.
